In our warehouse before it’s in your cart.

Everything we currently offer for purchase is physically on hand, in stock and stored in our warehouse. We sell what we have, ready for fulfillment. We are not taking pre-orders.

We learned from a difficult release.

Previously, we accepted pre-orders for a shipment that was held up by customs. Customers waited longer than they should have, and our communication did not always meet the standard you deserved. We take responsibility for that experience.

Those pre-orders have since been fulfilled. Moving forward, our commitment is simple: the items you can buy are already here. You should not have to wait for us to receive them.

A clear plan for your order.

Standard orders ship within 4–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends, holidays and announced warehouse closures.

Prime gives your order priority warehouse fulfillment and ships it the next business day. It is $8, or free when qualifying paid items reach $120 after discounts. Carrier transit remains separate. See our shipping policy for full details.

Honest updates. Real help.

We send tracking to the email address on your order. If an unexpected issue affects fulfillment, we will communicate the delay and the next step. If something doesn’t look right, we want to hear from you.
