Product-Specific Shipping Estimates
Processing and shipping timelines vary by product. The shipping or processing estimate shown on a product page at the time of purchase is our best current projection for that item and is not a guaranteed ship date or delivery date.
Products identified as Ready to ship (2–3 business days) are projected to leave our facility within 2–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Products not identified as ready to ship—including pre-orders or items awaiting inventory—follow the projected timeline stated on their product page. If no specific timeline is shown, contact us before ordering if timing is important.
If an order contains products with different projected timelines, the order may ship together based on the item with the longest timeline unless we choose to split the shipment.
Production, customs, inventory, weather, carrier, address-verification, and high-volume delays may affect projections. We will send tracking by email when your order ships and will provide order updates when available.
If your order has not shipped after the product-specific projected window, contact us so we can review it.
Shipping Time vs Processing Time
Processing time and shipping time are different.
Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare and fulfill your order.
Shipping time is the time it takes USPS to deliver your package after it has been shipped.
The shipping method selected at checkout does not skip the processing line or guarantee same-day or next-day fulfillment unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping Carrier
At this time, we ship with USPS only.
Once your package is handed to USPS, delivery timing, scans, delays, reroutes, and delivery confirmation are controlled by USPS.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking to update after the label is created.
Delivered Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please check your mailbox, front door, package locker, neighbors, household members, apartment office/front desk, and local USPS office.
If you believe your package was stolen, you may need to contact USPS or local authorities.
Return To Sender / Failed Delivery
If your package is returned to sender, we cannot fully resolve the issue until tracking confirms the package has been returned.
Once the package is returned, we can review the next step with you.
