I like the design of this hat very niche and outstanding if there is any more made I’ll buy them. I’m completely satisfied with this purchase I made and it was definitely worth the wait.

Fire hat but took 2 months to receive and they didn’t even send me extra gift for the wait!!!! So for that I give yall 1 star

They sent me over the wrong item and I emailed them and they said they was going to see what they can do about the mix up and that was a week ago, I ordered my hat 7/17/26 and it took two months to get the wrong hat smh!

The hat looks great, love the details. Took some time to get to me, but all and all the hat was with it.

Love the hat took a while but worth it.

I waited seven weeks to receive my hat, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. After seeing other reviewers highlight the beautiful packaging their hats arrived in, I was surprised to receive mine simply wrapped in a plastic bag inside a shipping box. After waiting patiently for nearly two months, it was disappointing not to receive the same level of presentation and care that other customers have referenced.

I did receive a QR code for $20 off my next order; however, the coupon expires on 10/31, which feels somewhat underwhelming given the lengthy fulfillment time and overall experience.

That said, the hat itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully made. The craftsmanship is evident, and I’m very pleased with the actual product. Unfortunately, the lack of communication throughout the seven-week wait, along with the inconsistency in packaging and overall customer experience, leaves much to be desired and makes me hesitant to consider a future purchase.
